Please read through the "reservation instructions / remittance, check-out / check-in, accommodation, deposit retention / refund / detention" before booking or remittance to protect your rights and interests. Once you have made a reservation and remitted payment, you are deemed to have fully agreed and accepted the terms and conditions of the hotel.

[Telephone reservation]
1.Please transfer or remit 30% of the cost of accommodation as a deposit within seven days after making your reservation over the telephone. If your reservation falls on national holidays spanning three days in a row or longer, a maximum charge of 50% of the total price shall be paid as the deposit.
2.Please complete the remittance to the account designated by the hotel. After completion, please inform the hotel by fax or telephone
[including for bank transfers, the last five numbers of the account number, the name of the remitter, and the accommodation date and type of accommodation shall be specified]. The hotel will inquire immediately after receiving the information. If the deposit is not remitted within seven days, the hotel shall cancel your reservation without further notice.
3. After completing payment, you will receive a notification via post of successful payment from the hotel or a reservation confirmation sent by SMS.
The message will specify the room type and payment information of your reservation.
 
[Online reservation / online payment]
1.Immediate confirmation: if you make a reservation online, you can complete payment procedures via our website
(please read the reservation / payment information on each reservation website).
2.Waiting for confirmation: when making a reservation on the website, the room conditions and prices are subject to the ordering information provided on the reservation website or replied by the reservation system. After receiving confirmation notice on the reservation website, please provide the order number to reception upon arrival at the hotel,(order inquiry information can be obtained on each reservation website).
3.The hotel has limits to the number of people that may stay in each room. If the number of people exceeds the limit when checking in, the hotel has the right to refuse to check in guests or may add a supplementary charge (please consult the regulations of the hotel).
4.To ensure that specific room types and the number of beds reserved can be provided, the hotel will provide the room according to the room type you reserved on the reservation website. If you have any questions when staying in the hotel, please contact the hotel reception for assistance.
5.The number of people for each room is subject to the specific room type. 
 ※Adults: over 12 years old; Children: 6-12 years old (inclusive);
Children under the age of 6 are free of charge (if an adult and a child travel together, a double room should be booked; for two adults and two children, a four-person room is recommended for your convenience and comfort). For young children who do not require a separate bed, please follow the hotel regulations. It is recommended to check with the hotel when making a reservation.
 
[Cancellation / postponing]
(1)If you can't make the trip or change your travel dates for personal reasons, please notify the hotel 14 days before the original check-in date (including the check-in date). The deposit can be retained for one year or refunded after deducting a handling fee (a refund shall be issued in accordance with the cancellation measures stipulated by the Tourism Bureau, MOTC).
(2)If a natural disaster or typhoon warning is issued, you can choose to postpone or cancel your reservation according to the order issued by the Central Meteorological Bureau. The advance payment will be refunded in full.
(3)In addition to the above, any change or cancellation of the trip caused by other force majeure event will be refunded after deducting a handling fee according to the cancellation provisions in the contract. The maximum charge for cancelling a reservation is 30% of the total accommodation cost.
[Refund application processing]:according to the operation procedures of the local national tourism administration, the company adopts the same payment method when issuing refunds:
1.Credit card payment: the amount after deducting handling charges, relevant taxes and service charges shall be returned to the original account.
2.Bank transfers and remittance: the amount after deducting handling charges, relevant taxes and service charges shall be returned to the remittance account.
3.Temporary remittance: after providing the account number to return the remittance, the amount after deducting handling charges, relevant taxes and service charges shall be returned to the account provided. 
Refunds for temporary remittance take approximately 21 days due to the need to check the bank account. Please contact the hotel to check the status of your refund.

Regulations for cancellation and changes 
★ 100% of the prepaid amount will be deducted if the reservation is cancelled on the guest's original check-in day. 
★ If the guest cancels the reservation within one day before the original check-in day, 80% of the advance amount of the room cost will be deducted. 
★ If the guest cancels the reservation within 2-3 days before the original check-in day, 70% of the advance amount of the room price will be deducted. 
★ If the guest cancels the reservation within 4-6 days before the original check-in day, 60% of the advance amount of the room price will be deducted. 
★ If the guest cancels the reservation within 7-9 days before the original check-in day, 50% of the advance amount of the room price will be deducted. 
★ If the guest cancels the reservation within 10-13 days before the original check-in day, 30% of the advance amount of the room price will be deducted. 
★ If the guest cancels the reservation 14 days before the original check-in day (including 14 days), 0% of the advance amount of the room price shall be deducted.
